Steamer on the move. but which one?

This AM while northbound on I-5 near Eugene,OR, I passed 2 lowboy trucks traveling southbound carrying the running gear of a steam loco. Almost looked like the running gear of Skookum, only that engine is already in CA. Anybody know what engine it was? Did not see boiler or cab or tender but I could have missed it. Wag.

This is the Rayonier 8, being moved from storage in Chehalis, Washington to Willits California, by owner Chris Baldo of the Roots of Motive Power collection.
