Huge crowd, CHP, Park Ranger, Sheriff, all out in force. 4014 not looking patricularly strong up the hill, dynamic
problems ie they don't work well at real slow speeds, leaving Cima. Beautiful day and as to railfan foam, there were
a dozen people at Ivanpah and the road in there is closed!

WaterBoy, if you are referring to my comment on the dynamic brake issue, that was the exact
conversation between Ed and the diesel. Hope to run into you some day for a little face to face.

Hotwater,
Why do you keep saying that I am Ed.
Ed is in California on the train.
I am in Colorado, maybe until they get to the ElPaso boiler washout.

Yet you were the one that posted about those 21 covered hoppers being loaded (which wasn't true), plus other multiple posts throughout the Midwest west tour. Now all of a sudden 4014 is back on the road again and you comment?

Are they really going to perform a boiler wash in El Paso?

I'm next to the tracks listening to the crew on the scanner, you're in Colorado and I'm talking nonsense.
As I also said, hope to meet you some day!

I did part of the Midwest trip.
I did part of the Southwest trip.
I may be in El Paso and be on more of the Southwest trip.
Boiler wash in El Paso - Yes.
Enough said.
