Pulling out onto the road cutting off other cars so that you can get what you want is what is so wrong with chases in today's climate. In fact, this video could be used to prosecute you. (Allbeit for a simple traffic infraction.)

Everyone gets an opportunity for good shots, Poor driving does not get good video or make friends with fellow railfans and local drivers.
