For those who may be wondering about the date of this video and the fact that it appears to show D&RGW #483, here is a comment posted by Jack Spencer on NGDF:

The video was taken on August 24th 2018. 488 was masquerading as 483 for the TRAINS 50th Anniversary charter the following day. It was running round at Cumbres ready to head back to Chama after assisting 463 up to the Pass.
