Steam & Excursion > David P. WHO wants a cab ride?

Oaks Park in Portland Oregon, 16 Sep 2016. 4449 was steamed up for an invitation only excursion for American Freedom Train crew veterans (in town celebrating their 40th anniversary), supporters and workers on the Friends of SP 4449 and supporters and workers at the Oregon Rail Heritage Center. It was a great weekend ... Barry Howard, Ross Rowland, Al Phillips, Wes Camp and Doyle (of course) and a large crowd of AFT veterans were all in attendance. Talk about an E ticket ride!

John, that was a great event and it is hard to believe that in 5 years will be the 50th reunion and you and I will be there!
