Every time I see onne of these old water tanks,  thinkof my Father who had to maintain water stations on the Central of Georgia between Savannah and Macon and all branch lines. It was about 300 miles of track. He bid in the job from a bridge gang right before the start of WWII and did that up to the end of steam, the he maintained rr buildings on that same territory. Another thought when I look at these wooden tanks, an engineer I fired for had a house on a river here in Savannah, when the SAL was tearing down the water tanks, he would take the cypress home,tied underneath a car, and built his dock out of it. I bet that dock is still standing 70 years later. 

Boredom is setting in for this viewer. Any track work close by that you can film? Or are those workers staying home until June or whenever the Gov lets them go back to work?

I don't know for sure but I think the track crew started yesterday.
