This is especially true since I assume they’re operating with a skeleton crew at the moment.

Has the track damage been repaired to make the line passable to Frostburg? Posted from Android Date: 06/25/20 10:58 Re: Western Maryland Scenic vacating Cumberland station Author: Harlock bigsavage Wrote:

I guess the main question is will you still purchase tickets and board at the station, or is the customer facing stuff all moving there too. Last I remembered going to the yards it was kind of out of the way in an industrial area on the other side of the river, not a nice place to host public train rides. Date: 06/25/20 15:58 Re: Western Maryland Scenic vacating Cumberland station Author: PlyWoody As I said in earlier post, all anyone has to do is set up a level (or use a lock level) and take 16 top of rail elevation, each 31 feet apart from the Turntable,, and send them to me and I will show and tell you if the 2-6-6-2 locomotive will run on the turntable. I will also tell you if and how much the track in the crossing has to be raised. So far, no numbers have arrived.
