Definitely agree.  The shot could have been taken almost anytime after the availability of color film.

Years ago, it was one of the engines that Doyle mastered as he was first starting his “steam journey”...

He and Joe Karal did a masterful job in being the first to restore the 4070 to steam, lo, these many decades ago...

Joe was a great teacher for Doyle,
and Doyle was an outstanding
worker and responsive to Joe’s
mentorship.

The 4449 was still way in the future... as Doyle was increasing his skills on the 4070..

That's a classic, especially with the 4070 looking very much like a workaday steam engine, not shining like a new penny.
