Picture Pumpkin Express at Campo. Enjoy, Chris Date: 10/25/20 20:55 Re: The Trip to Campo and other railroad surprises story Author: CedarRapids I was very impressed at the size of the Pacific Southwest Railway Museum and look forward to returning when they are running their regular trains. I learnt a lot about the San Diego and Arizona Eastern and enjoyed the visits to the various stations and displays. Extremely surprised at what was stored in Jacumba.

On a business trip to San Diego years ago, a co-worker insissted I extend my trip a bit and drive out to the museam. I did, and found it closed. I was able to drive around a significant portion of the perimeter. It's on my bucket list to go back and visit the muiseum when it's open. Flights from JAX to SAN being affordable, that is. Or maybe if/when my next round the country Miata adventure :) All the best, Arved Grass Fleming Island, FL |
