Don't think that is true... boiler ticket expired unless they did some closed-door rebuild on her in the time she was down. Date: 11/13/20 17:30 Re: CP 2816 Fired Up Author: HotWater Macster Wrote:

What "rebuild" would be required? Simply re-certifying the boiler per current regulations would not require a "rebuild". Trains mag indicates a holiday train video for the reason.... Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 11/14/20 12:39 by SD45X. Date: 11/14/20 04:07 Re: CP 2816 Fired Up Author: Keystone1 I hope they will reach where the population is.......Toronto, Montreal and Ottawa.
Date: 11/14/20 05:00 Re: CP 2816 Fired Up Author: co614 It is true. CP's management has healed sufficiently from its torture under EHH to again be thinking about PR. Keep an eye out for future CP presss releases.
Thank you, CP. !!! Ross Rowland Date: 11/14/20 05:58 Re: CP 2816 Fired Up Author: gregscholl I read on that other discussion where 2860 was in the shop as well. Wouldn't a Hudson doubleheader be nice. I just hope they can leave the diesels at home. I would prefer to see a shorter train with steam only, for a more pure steam experience for the younger generation as well as the older ones. Just sayin! Now all we need is for CN to adopt 6060 once again!!!
Greg Scholl http://www.gregschollvideo.com (Your source for two 2816 videos originally produced by Rail Innovations who was the "Official" video company for CPR) PS I wonder if these chases will be as bad as 4014 with crowds????? Date: 11/14/20 07:38 Re: CP 2816 Fired Up Author: tomstp Great news.

How in the world would they get 2860 from Squamish to Calgary without anyone noticing? I know the population density is pretty low in that part of Canada. But surely at least one moose would have noticed! Tehachapi-TJ Over & Out Date: 11/14/20 08:52 Re: CP 2816 Fired Up Author: Keystone1 Greg....forget about 6060. My choice would be one of the two existing, (five built), CN green Hudson"s.
