Reading 1251 is seen on the Strasburg Railroad in Strasburg, Pennsylvania somewhere between 1969-1972.

Nice photo.  I do believe that this engine has gone to another museum somewhere for restoration.

Thank you, my mistake.  I know that Strasburg Rail Road did give away an old locomotive that had been sitting on a siding at the end of their freight yard, and I thought it was this one.

I saw this 0-6-0T displayed at Reading shops in May 1959, class B4a.  It had been the shop "goat" and was lettered: "Reading Locomotive Shops".  Looks good in this color post as my snapshot is b/w.
