Sometimes... - Carbon Limestone
Author: refarkas

(Higher quality redo) Sometimes a railfan stumbles upon a locomotive he had no knowledge of being there. It's April 21, 1979 in Hillsville, Pennsylvania. This Carbon Limestone tank steamer lies derelict and partially hidden behind one of the buildings.

Bob -  Thanks for posting this!  I had an H. K. Porter builder's plate at one time from a Carbon Limestone locomotive many years ago!

Narrow gage rails were used as fence posts along State Line Road where the BFI dump came in after Carbon Limestone stopped mining there.

That is an interesting use of the rails.
