This past Saturday CNJ 0-6-0 #113 headed up a round-trip excursion from her home in Minersville, PA to Port Clinton and return on the Reading and Northern.  The trip was operated as a fundraiser for R&N engineer Chris Bost, a regular engineer for 113 trips in years past.  Chris is battling CIPD a rare neurological disorder.  The trip was a big success and sold-out.  This was also the first time the 113 has faced south for a trip, creating some new vantage points.  Captions on photos below

4: 113 was turned on the R&N turntable on at the Steam Shops.  Something not often see in this day and age.

Nice coverage.  Love those open cars.  Had to be a great ride.

I would love a photo charter in Port Clinton Yard with 113  switching cars around. 

Glad it went well and was sold out. Anyone know how much money it raised to help Chris fight his disease?
