It is sad when you can find Otto Perry photos of the 463 with the RGS 20 together but the photographers specials chose not to look at the history of the narrow gauge they claim to be recreating. Now some people seem to think the 455 still exist because of others fascination of a wreck rebuild with a different cab which 463 is not. Instead 463 has its own unique history that allowed it to survive to this very day that seems to be ignored.

Personaly I like #463 but I am not the one that paid for the charter. The charter may have paid for the relettering for the charter but the railroad also took a public responsibility to properly represent the history of the railroad when it started charging its historic preservation fee above the excursion ticket price. By noteven attempt to properly represent a piece of the railroad's true historical identity I would say the C&TS is hypocritical at best.

I respect your right to you opinion but in this case we disagree and that is OK by me. Roger Hogan Chama, NM Train Stuff Date: 10/13/21 19:19 Re: 10-07-21 C&TSRR = New Camera Test #2 Author: redberan4449 Rather simple. As a first step, you must download the smartphone photos to a computer or laptop.
Then, open the Trainorders website and then you can post up to three photos per posting. |
