Kind of a rare bird for an Oklahoma display!

Unlike 521 and 523, which were renumbered and repainted into Santa Fe colors as their Ce-13 class for a few more years of service on local assignments, the 528 was retired almost immediately. It was placed on display behind 1096 at Blackwell wearing a non-standard paint job and the number 999655, which it never wore in service. |
