Hard to believe its been almost a decade since I chased 3751 to San Bernardino on one of its San Bernardino Railroad Days Specials, I believe this video was in Claremont.  Enjoy!

Fine video. Final touches, like painting of the "cow catcher", are underway by the SBRHS volunteer crew at Redondo Junction Amtrak Facility just south of LA. The region has some of the busiest rail lines in the world; used by UP, BNSF, Amtrak, and Metrolink. Calif High Speed Rail will be added later.

I love 3751, but maybe SoCal has one of the busiest rail lines in the US, if that, but by no means one of the busiest rail lines the world.

My wife and I were on the observation platform of the Tioga Passs on this trip. The videographer was standing about 4 blocks from my wifes house in Claremont.
