Date: 11/19/22 03:00 Re: Show of hands (or photos) Author: masterphots Many years ago here in Santiago, Chile I saw an elderly Toyota with SP 4449 plates. I followed the lady and ended up asking her if she would consider selling her plates to me. No problem but then I found out plates always stay with the car right into the scrapyard. Cannot be transferred to another car, so that was that. I should have kept in touch with her and maybe bought the car to get the plates, even if just for my wall at home. Now we have a new system with four letters and two numbers and the newest cars are getting plates starting with SP. Too bad they don't have vanity plates here.
