Bill Gwinn Photos (10) - NYC 6010/5454 + NYC 6001

Bill Gwinn was using his box cameras when he took these NYC photos in NYC's Collinwood Yard in Cleveland, Ohio.
1.) NYC 6010 and NYC 5454 are seen on September 6, 1953.
2.) NYC 6001 is in the sun on September 10, 1954.

Tasty images.
I've always liked the looks of the dual sealed beam headlights on the Niagaras better than the large single light. Funny how such a small detail improves the loos of them, to my eyes.

Looking at that first one I'm thinking "Now there's a pair to draw from", two beauties even as tired as they are at that point in their service, and the second photo is equally appreciated. Thanks for finding all of this NY Central history you have been posting, I really appreciate them.
