1. Who is guiding them on the boiler work? 2. How are they funding the work? Do they have grant money or private donations? 3. Will they have track to run on when they get her finished? Do they plan to lay track there at the roundhouse? You were lucky that you had no 'incidents' while out of state! If you were given those instructions, then no insurance wouls have protected you --- if the car was out of state, and was involved.. W.
