Was the water tank located downtown? Im guessing this was shot from present day Valmont road. Just not used to seeing that many tracks in boulder. I recently had my Burlington Bulletin #35 out and was admiring the work Ted Rose had done with steam on page 44 at Herrin Junction, Illinois.
