Here's some last minute directions to Arnold according to Android/Google Maps:

Shared route
From West Wendover, Nevada 89883 to Arnold Loop via I-80 W and Pilot Rd.

The easy vehicle, but maybe or may not be "washboard vibrate your car to death" route is probably Pilot road heading north off I-80, the questionable and probably washboard 4x4 High Clearance Vehicle route is the ones that are "Unknown" on the step by step Google map instructions leading immediately ⁷off Pilot road.
Let's do it Dude roads? If you decide to go and your under 45 years old, then I say Go for It!
Or you can get close enough for your drone footage? I would love to see that footage, especially if 4014 is Smoking it up a bit!

Hey Jim. There was a really great video posted today on the FB Steam Club page of 4014 on the loop. Looked and sounded great.

I know what you mean about those roads. I’ve suffered a few flats chasing trains on those.

Rental cars are always worth the investment if you want to roll the dice.

Thanks for heads up 5502, Now That video of 4014 is heard barking pretty good, the loop gives us a double chance at hearing and seeing it twice really.

And "Roll the Dice" Ha Ha, that's what Nevada is all about anyway right?
