It's generally NOT wise to leave a hot loco sitting on a turntable
lead, with the power-reverse and Walschaert 'gear in full reverse.
No wheels chocked, is also noted.

However, it also reflects that this was a common practice.
It ain't the first time an engine was parked in a risky manner, 
at this facility...

Unexpected things can happen.
