At the 55th annual Powerland Heritage Park in Brooks, Oregon. First time I saw one in operation. The operator can't see much, so they have a groundman relaying signals to the operator.

Very cool! Got to watch a big hook at one of the Sacramento Railfairs and it was a really interesting operation.
