Steam & Excursion > At last! First revenue run of Patriot Rail's Gettysburg RailwayDate: 08/29/25 13:59 At last! First revenue run of Patriot Rail's Gettysburg Railway Author: aehouse Today marked the long-awaited first revenue run of Patriot Rail's Gettysburg Railway excursion train. The photos show the train heading north from Gettysburg to Biglerville, as viewed from the Oak Ridge observation tower within Gettysburg National Military Park. Marketed as "Gettysburg Railway," the train operates over the tracks of Patriot Rail's Gettysburg and Northern Railroad, a shortline connecting Gettysburg (and a CSX interchange) with Mount Holly Springs (and a Norfolk Southern interchange).

It certainly could be a shining example for other potential operators. Seriously, considering the potential for major problems (low) the return to an insurer for a policy could be very high. The possibilities would be more trip and fall than anything else. Out |
