That second tender looks like some Rube Goldberg conconction of a water tank on top of an old flatcar.

If that's WT50, it was one of the water tenders the Norfolk & Western used behind A's and Y's in the steam days. Sadly, Norfolk Southern scrapped it sometime in the 1980s.
