Steam & Excursion > D&RG #315 QuestionDate: 11/04/25 19:18 D&RG #315 Question Author: Ironman I saw the good news that #315 was out and about a few days ago on the Cumbres and Toltec. Recently, I had also seen a photo of the loco without her cab and under repair in the Chama enginehouse.
I was wondering if anyone on TO may know what work needed to be performed to get her operational? Thanks in advance -A Date: 11/05/25 08:56 Re: D&RG #315 Question Author: Cumbresfan #315 is fully operational and on its way to the Colorado Railroad Museum for the winter. It moved from Chama to Antonito last week under its own power with a short passenger car consist where it will be trucked to Golden. I saw it as it passed Osier and understand it will be back on the CATS next June.
