Looks like MT Dallas, just south of the Juniata River west of Everett, PA. and where the Everett interchanged with PRR.
The PA Turnpike is just through the treeline visible.
Abandoned and removed 1983.

This railroad and locomotive still operate don't they? Remember seeing a video on YouTube.

The operation in Bob Farkas' pics ended in 1970. 
The engine is preserved locally.
The current Everett operation is about 40 miles away from here, began in 2015, and uses a different #11.
