Scroll down to "UP 1915 to 1962 (UP, OSL, OWRR&N, LA&SL)" for the "late" steam era. The below that heading, the links on the right cover the blocks of road numbers on the left. If you want the page containing 4-6-6-4 #3708, for instance, you would click on "up05-1915-1962-14" since that covers numbers 3600 through 3718.
