Steam & Excursion > Transfer PowerDate: 02/10/26 07:47 Transfer Power Author: MacBeau Deep inside Chicago & Northwestern's Proviso Yard, B&O Q-1c 4315 has come calling on behalf of the B&OCT, to which this locomotive was assigned predicated on photographic evidence at northeast.railfan.net. One of 110 built by Baldwin in 1913, all lasted until after World War II according to steamlocomotive.com.

What a different scene this is compared to ground level.
