Steam & Excursion > Three for "Steam and Signal Saturday."

   By now, many of us may be overloaded with Big Boy 4014 images, but I'll add three more.I shot these yesterday at West Hermosa on Sherman Hill of trains passing under some old surviving searchlight signals.  Wonder how much longer they will last.  I couldn't see any signs of new material laying around.

1.  While waiting for the steam special, this westbound passed under the signal bridge and headed down Main 3 towards Laramie.

2.  The piece de resistance, as our French friends would say, passes by and under the eastward searchlights.

3.  Passing under the westward signal bridge.
