Great video, but only 10 cars? Diesel in the consist? Where was the dome (Yes, they advertised dome tickets)? Excursions in the past on this line were 15+ cars and the diesel was only added for the downgrade portion. Last excursion to Tunkhannock was only 9 cars. I’m guessing all the 4014 activities really over saturated their market.

It was an awesome trip today, even though low ticket sales.  The diesel is used for dynamic braking.  From Penobscot to Pittston is all downhill.  2102 handled the uphill return with out any assistance.  As it did on June 13th with 25 cars.
