I will be in Sacramento early next month.  Is the Skookum locomotive currently on public display at CSRM?

There's a couple of display tracks near the cab forward that are accessible from the turntable outside.

CSRM posted to Instagram 14ish weeks ago that the engine needed an annual inspection before it can be run.  

Not sure where that stands.
