Steam & Excursion > A taste of Montana SteamDate: 10/12/04 01:18 A taste of Montana Steam Author: funnelfan A friend and myself chased the 4449 from Noxon to Helena, Montana after spending Friday and Saturday at Alta-Mont in Essex, Montana. Here are a few pics from the trip. Crisp clear air on Monday Morning set the stage for some truly spetacular photos.

Having just returned home from chasing 4449 through your territory, and never having seen it before, I'm jealous. What wonderful scenery all along the route. I thank you very much for your help with directions to find great photo ops. Hope mine are half as good as yours. MRL ROCKS!
