Up until a few weeks ago, it was hosted by my company, Sunshine Software, Inc. (we also host steamlocomotive.com and steamlocomotive.info).
In the process of upgrading the site's appearance and content it was moved to another firm's server. A few days ago, that server (not under our control, thank God) was hacked to ribbons, and the site damaged. The intruder appeared to gain access to 261's server through a set of software called phpWebSite which was used to create the new 261 website. We're in the process of resuming authority for the site, and creating a new site for them. We apologize for the inconvenience, but what happened was outside our control (and outside our servers, too!)
