Nostalgia & History > San Jose depot '92Date: 09/25/05 17:01 San Jose depot '92 Author: sphogger The herder is waiting.... Don't remember the details but I'm guessing this was one of the first of the afternoon fleet coming in. Track 5 is the first track to left, the last platform accessible track? Seems to me that was the track the Starlight used. And I believe the furthest to the left was the freight lead at the time? In the late 70's working pool 4 we always went around on the track furthest to the right. I'm sure there are plenty who can refresh my memory, I recall an order board somewhere on the right side, at least I remember throwing register tickets off there.

Just a stand for hoops on the west side of the freight lead if I remember correctly.
