SP #8690 westbound thru Hockley

Hockley Texas that is. The SP doesn't look much different in Texas than it does way out yonder on the left coast. Maybe a little cleaner and a little faster, but that's about it, I reckon.

From what I understand, the SP on the left coast was much less General and Electric than Texas was in 1976.
