Are you sure that second shot was taken in 72'? I thought all of the Burlington F-units were gone before the BN merger.

I think one or two lasted until a few months after the merger in 1970 None were renumbered into BN I beleive these last ones went to EMD as SD-40 trade-in credit

According to the notes with the negative it is 1972.

The roster in Goen's FW&D book shows 750-A retired on 5/20/68 and 750-D retired on 5/24/68. Both were traded to EMD on a C&S SD40 order.

top photo shows the schoolhouse near the north yard up there it looks like, there was no north yard there then i Believe, other pic looks like north end of street running
