Seaboard Coast Line U36B 1846,an SCL MATE (Motors for Additional Tractive Effort)and SCL U36B 1852 lead a phosphate train southbound at Tampa,Fl.on June 22,1978.This train is coming from the Bone Valley (BV) phosphate area enroute to Rockport Yard for transfer to a waiting ship.

And if they'd bought U36C's there'd be one less piece of rolling stock to maintain.
