Unusual B&O/Chessie car

I was watching the movie "Howard the Duck" recently. Not the best movie, but it did have a really unusual B&O/Chessie box car in one scene. I am attaching a picture of it. Has anyone seen anything in this type of paint scheme before?

Looks like maybe a McCloud boxcar faked up for the movie. No reporting marks, and I like that crossing signal with flashers but no crossbucks!
