Nostalgia & History > The 1980 NRHS Toronto Convention, a different viewDate: 03/27/07 21:49 The 1980 NRHS Toronto Convention, a different view Author: Panamerican99 John Sjolander's fine posting of the NRHs 1980 convention at Toronto spiked me into looking at my own slides from that event. So, here are a few shots I made at the same convention. CN 4-8-2 6060 was the star but the Alcos offered some great views as well.
First, the 6060 in front of the Royal York Hotel where the convention was based. It is ready to depart for Niagara Falls. Next, the engine as seen from inside the Niagara Falls CN depot. Then, a visit to the CN roundhouse at night. Hope you like these. - Jim Herron ![]() ![]() ![]() Date: 03/27/07 21:51 Re: The 1980 NRHS Toronto Convention, a different view Author: Panamerican99 Date: 03/27/07 21:55 Re: The 1980 NRHS Toronto Convention, a different view Author: Panamerican99 Date: 03/27/07 23:45 Re: The 1980 NRHS Toronto Convention, a different view Author: railroad007 CN 6787 sold to Napa Valley Train #72
