i took these on Oct 14 1991 at the loop at 325pm

units were 9398/8549/7535/9364/8324 mid train were 6810/9318/6767/7365/7635/6836

yes Larry!

now that i have a slide scanner and most of my collection has remained stored ever since i took them i will post some more of my pictures over the next few weeks on the mountain in the SP era

i am sure the memories will come flooding back to you

Thanks for the memories Dave. The 'cans' were probably the most impressive train to grace the Tehachapis over the years. Keep posting please.....I don't think any of us will get tired of looking.

Awesome memories of a regular afternoon fixture on the "pass" a great train to shoot that is greatly missed. I hope you don't mind an addition from a familiar spot on the other side of the pass.
