I don't recall seeing any horn mod like this one though, interesting catch.

I think that is a video feed to a monitor on one or all of the cars. I saw similar setups on Santa Fe director specials back in the 80's.

Author: mopacrr During the 1984 NRHS Convention, the Chessie OCS train showed up at Covington. A handfull of fans,myself included, made our way to the old platforms of the Covington Station to photo it as went by. I have been wondering; are the station and platforms still there?
