Our advertised OD time was 1000 M-F. We worked 16 hours every day so we had to come out 2 hours late on Tues., Wed., Thurs. and by Friday it would be 1800 hrs on duty. That was too late for the shippers, so the company would give us a dead day on Friday and call an extra crew for Friday.
