I don't believe the commenter was stating that her being there was "ok." There is no question that being on railroad property always carries the possibility of injury or worse. That said, with proper diligence I believe it can be accomplished safely.

I don't have a problem with her standing there, it was in the past. Be nice if we could get that close now, using common sence and not be treated like terrorists.
