NP 6504A & 6503C with a paint scheme that a lot of us miss ... and what about the venerable F units, how many of them are left?

Thanks Chris ... another of Matt Herson's huh? Seems like he did a good job covering the west from his digs in the NYC area! I've come across several of his, all from out west so far. I posted another NP scene in Livingston a while back and it turned out to be his shot also, date on that was 8/65 ... maybe same trip.

It's Matthew (Matty to us), not Mather. He was in Montana in 8/65 and 7/67 at least. Went out to shoot MILW electrics primarily. Being a New Yorker, he never had a car but did have a license in order to rent cars where he couldn't get a bus to railfan. Now that he lives outide the NYC area, I wonder if he ever got a car?
