New Country, New Paint, New Railroad

I ran into CP C424 #4230 outside of Toronto, Ontario in 1986 and never thought then I would see the locomotive years later in tourist train service in a new country, new paint on a new railroad. The locomotive is now West Chester (Pa) Railroad 4230 in a handsome paint scheme.
