I'm glad I got to see a few of the "Booster Trains" pass through Macon, Ga before the Shuttle was retired.

The UP 500029 Double-truck Heavy Duty Flat was one of several modified at Whittier, California for the Space Shuttle motors.

They were modified at the old SP/PE Depot by a local Machinery Company, Monarch Machine.
The company owner saw me down there and asked if he could by prints of my photographs.

I made my first $30.00 on those photos.
So, I guess that makes me a Professional photographer !!

I haven't sold a photo since!
