Photo 2 - Almost 45 1/2 years later, BNSF 8373 leads 4 other GE's west bound with the Z-WSPNBY-24L at Chillicothe, IL on 8-24-16.

Nice shots Old AT&SF RR Chillicothe, IL (conductors) and Fort Madsion, IA (brakemen) based crews worked between Chicago and Fort Madison. Chicago based engineers and Fort Madison based firemen worked between Chicago and Fort Madison.

Behind the photographer just a few feet up the hill. This post made my day! I was sitting at MP 125 on the Chilli sub just a few miles east of the curve when I read it.
