I remember seeing many of these when my Dad used to take me to Loveland OH, east of Cincinnati, to 'watch trains'. Heading East they would have to wind 'em up to get up Cozaddale hill and coming west they'd be wreathed in brake shoe smoke. Once in a while around holidays they'd be carrying green for a 2nd section. Train #11 (what was left of the Metropolitan) would come West about 10PM and would work mail and express at the B&O station. After he left and got to double-track at Dorsey, about 25 minutes later #30 (nameless mail train) would come East and work M&E. A single rider coach and red markers would recede into the night and unless a Pennsy train was heading for the diamonds in town it was time to head home. Thanks for the image! kgmontreal Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > The B&O shot is my favorite. > > KG Date: 01/11/17 10:28 Re: 9 more E's: AMTK, B&O, CR, EL, KCS, L&N, NYC, PRR, SP&S Author: TipsyMcStagger Is there something special about SP&S 750? The nose looks like it slants out like an E6, but not to that degree. The Pennsy E7 above has the proper bulldog nose.

Don't believe the property is open to the public unless for special occasions. Might be visible from local road(s) or even passing NJT trains.
