Looks like they had a pretty good snow there in Wichita, Kansas on February 10, 1980 when santafe199 took this photo. His toes might have gotten a bit cold.

That they surely did! Ditto for fingers, nose & ears. I was on the switchman's extra board in Wichita at the time, and for a couple of weeks in Feb of '80 it was one cold stretch! Probably because it was my first winter NOT being furloughed, and I had to be out working in that stuff...  :^)
